Project Details: In 1995, the municipality of Istanbul started a series of renovation projects in Istanbul including the historical palace and pavillions. Yildiz Park is one of the biggest green park in Istanbul having many beautiful pavillions, tents, lakes and resting areas for the public. The park was made by Ottoman Empire and hosted the top figures of the local and foreign history. The Malta Pavillion, tents and greenhouses in Yildiz Park were restored by Basar Construction after a very detailed preparation process and are still being visited by the citizens and visitors of Istanbul.

Infrastructure Works of Gorece Immigrant Houses

Project Details: With the experience of the infrastructure construction of Eskisehir immigrant houses, the infrastructure of Gorece immigrant houses was also held by Basar Construction. The project was designed 1575 apartments with a capacity of 7500 people. The housing project was built on 120.000 m2 land.

Project Details: The project consists of two primary schools under project pack 2000E1.M4.P23 of Ministry of National Education. Following the infrastructure works, school facilities were finished in about 15 months with a total of 14.948 m2 construction area. The schools have 54 classes and a dormitory building was built for 350 boarding students nearby Mustafa Ustundag Primary School.

Adapazari Permanent Post-Earthquake Housing Project

Project Details: Adapazari permanent post-earthquake residential is planned by the Ministry of Public Works and Settlement for the rapidly growing need after the big earthquake of Marmara, 1999. Infrastructure and landscaping works were finished before construction of 228 apartments in 19 blocks. The total construction area is around 34.000 m2 including the landscape elements and social facilities for more than 1000 people today.

The construction was totally 12.224 m2 construction area. Sehit Kerem Beksiz Primary School have 12 classes on 3854 m2 having a capacity of 300 students and Kocatepe Primary School have 22 classes on 8370 m2 having a capacity of 560 students.

Ikitelli Prof. Dr. Ahat Andican Primary School with 16 class on 5400 m2 having a capacity of 450 students.

Project Details: As a result of the big forced immigration of the Turkish people from Bulgaria in 1989, a great need of housing occurred and the Turkish Government planned a set of projects at several cities in Marmara and Aegean regions. Turnkey construction project of Eskisehir immigrant houses had 300 apartments with infrastructure elements and the landscape design on 30.000 m2 of total construction area. For this project 13.800 m3 concrete used for the infrastructure and buildings.
