400 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant – Severnaya

Railway, 370 mtons gas tribune installation, 2.100 mton detonation & electrical system. 10.000 m3 stocking tank, 5.000 m3 fuel tank.

ISR Hotel & Office Tower

Contract date: November, 1996

Location: Baku – Azerbaijan

Completion Date: August ,1998

Project Details: The project included the construction of a 22.500 sqm, eighteen storeys Apart Hotel and Office Building of turnkey basis, including execution of the basic and detail design and interior furnishing. It consisted of forty apart hotel units, 11.000 sqm offices, an a-la cart and a self service restaurant, bar, patisserie, swimming pool, fitness center and sauna.

Baku Gas Compressor Station

Location: Baku – Azerbaijan

Project Period: 15 Months

Project Details: Major Civil Work Items: 355 Nos of, 400 mm x 400 mm Rc Piles, 3.500 m3 of Reinforced Concrete With 350 Tons of Reinforcement And 11.000 m2 of Formwork, 275 Tons of Steel Structure, 17.000 m3 of Earth Works, 500 m3 of Asphalt Roads, Mechanical Installation. Work of nearly 600 tons (major items: compressor & blower of 200 tons, air fin cooler of 200 tons, vessel & tanks of 120 tons platform of 50 tons). Electrical (90 km of cabling) and instrumentation (500 no of indoor and outdoor instruments) installations works. Design, supply and installation of hvac system, telephone system, lighting system, steel structure erection. Supply of electrodes, paint, cables, some structural steel and architectural materials.

Schlumberger Education Center

Renovation of Dobrinja Hospital

Project Details: The Project consisted of repair,rehabilitation and reconstruction of the heavily damaged 12 apartment blocks(360 units) and slightly damaged 20 apartment blocks (450 units), infrastructure and landscaping in Dobrinja,Sarajevo.Rehabilitation of residence building,special hospital building and reconstruction of the central heating building of the Medical Center in Fojnica.

Cathodic Protection of Great Man-Made Rive

Location: Sirte / Libya

Client: GMMRA

Project Period: 11 Months

Project Details: Drilling of 50.826 nos 8.9 m holes, installation of zinc anodes and placing of chemical black fill, laying of 539,484 m  header cable, including opening of 1.5 wide, 1.5 m deep trench, laying sand bedding, laying the cable, laying the sand cover, and black filling the rest with the existing material and compaction, connecting the anodes to the header cable and encapsulating them, installation of 930 nos control boxes and their stud welding works, installation of cathodic protection system against corrosion of the 4m diameter prestressed concrete pipe line conveying drinkable water from Libyan desert to seashore.

Al Baida Omar Mukhtar University

Location: Al Baida – Libya

Client: Organization for Development of Administrative Centers (ODAC)

Scope of Work: The necessary works to be done for the completion are:
– Surveying the already existing structure and finding and repairing any damaged structures,
– Completion of the unfinished concrete work,
– Installation of all electrical systems,
– Installation of all mechanical systems (Hvac, plumbing, sanitation and sewage systems),
– Execution of all interior finishing works of the two buildings. (Doors, windows, plaster, paint, marble, stair covers floor tiles)
– Execution of all exterior finishing works of the two buildings. (paint, stone, roof tiles.)
– Landscaping.

Project Details: The project consists of completing the construction work of two buildings for Omer Mukhtar University, which are located inside the university campus in the city of Al Baida. Each of the buildings is approximately 12.500 square meters.
